Paul served as Aircrew in the RAAF for over 20 years and is the co-creator of FLVA. Paul is responsible for Clinical Governance, Program planning and Dark Humour.

Darren is a co-creator of FLVA and passionate advocate for psychosocial mental health programs. A 20 year RAAF veteran, Darren is responsible for Stakeholder Engagement and Business Operations.

Leanne is quite simply a Unicorn and looks after everything Admin. A Military Veteran of 9 years, Military Wife of 20 years and Mother of 2 “RAAF Brats”, she understands the impact mental health and service-related issues have on families and loved ones.

Troy has been involved in photography and served in the RAAF for over 20 years. Troy is also involved with a veteran motorcycle group.

Jerry cares for “Bobbi” the Cheif Morale Officer Service Dog. Bobbi is a beautiful cream labrador with a gorgeous smile and a penchant for squeaky toys. She enjoys long trail walks, a nice head rub and visiting the local coffee shop. Jerry is a nice bloke and SAPOL Member.
